Wagner’s Showroom is open to the public again. We are also still available to work remotely or by scheduling a private appointment outside of new store hours. We’ll continue to take every precaution to ensure the well-being of our employees, our customers and our community. We have and will continue to follow the guidelines from the CDC, our local health department and Governor Bullock’s office to determine our best path forward.
Our team has set 3 goals that guide all of our decisions:
Maintain the health of all employees and customers, following all CDC guidelines and erring on the side of caution.
Maximize the financial safety of all Wagner’s employees while our showroom is closed.
Make decisions that will allow our employees to return to a stable & healthy Wagner’s when mandates allow.

5/04/2020 – Wagner’s Showroom opens Monday thru Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm to the public and closed Sunday to be with family. Private appointments still available outside of new store hours Monday thru Saturday. Those interested in a private appointment can call or contact the store through this website to setup a private showing.
5/01/2020 – We are re-doubling our cleaning and sanitizing protocols in excess of all CDC and local standards to ensure our entire building is clean. FREE Masks for in-store visitors are available to those who would like one.
4/28/2020 – Wagner’s Showroom is opening soon and we are taking private one-on-one appointments. Call us now at 406-728-3214 as private appointments are already being scheduled. Wagner’s is prepping the store this week before we open again with extra precautions and safety measures to keep you, all our customers and staff safe during this time. 4/22/2020 – We are awaiting guidelines from our Governor’s office to begin re-opening Wagner’s Furniture & Design. We have done everything we can internally to ensure that we will be ready to start as soon as it is safe. We will continue to follow all local, state and federal guidelines to keep our employees, our customers and our community safe & healthy.
3/27/20 – Our employees prepare to work remotely. During this time, if you need any services that can be done remotely, please contact our office @ (406) 728-3214. Our design & sales team is available for remote consultations, pricing requests and product information review.
3/25/20 – For health and the safety of our employees and our community, Wagner’s Showroom is closed to the public and all home delivery activity has ceased. Our office and warehouse remain functional for basic operations, following the guidelines outlined by the CDC. The office will be available by phone from 10AM – 2PM; Monday thru Friday @ (406) 728-3214.

Can I still place an order for items even though the showroom is closed and you are not delivering right now?
Yes, we are fully operational and capable of reserving merchandise and placing orders with our vendors. Our design team is available and can work remotely to help you design your home. Ordering now ensures you’ll get delivery as quick as possible when it is available. Your willingness to place orders and wait for delivery is greatly appreciated and will go a along way to get U.S.A manufacturing jumpstarted again!
I have an existing order with you and I am waiting for delivery. When can I expect that to happen?
We don’t have an exact date in place right now. We will resume our delivery service as soon as local mandates are lifted and we believe the deliveries can be done safely. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. To check on the status of your order, please email email@example.com
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Please call the store from 10 AM – 2 PM, Monday thru Friday to discuss pick up options.
When will the store and home deliveries re-open?
We do not have an exact date in place right now. We will be following the guidance provided by the state and health authorities to determine when it is safe to resume operations.
Is the person I have been working with still available to help me?
Yes! We successfully navigated through the SBA program that has allowed us to keep our team employed and on our payroll. Although we are not coming into the store, we can arrange for safe communication with any of our employees until our normal operations return.
